Third and Fourth Divisions add a "Joint Advisory of Early Legal Issues" form

The Third and Fourth Divisions of the Business Court have included a new form on their pages: a "joint advisory of early legal issues" form.
The form allows the parties to identify legal issues that "should be decided by the Court and can be resolved early in the case to narrow the issues, facilitate settlement, or otherwise increase efficiency or expedite resolution of the case." See Joint Advisory of Early Legal Issues.
The form provides that the parties may not agree on all legal issues, allowing the parties to clarify if the parties agree that certain legal issues should be addressed by the Court, or if only the plaintiff or defendant argues that certain legal issues should be addressed.
